Because urine is a waste product that must leave the body to prevent injury, the body naturally produces it. When something happens too frequently and is inconvenient, it becomes abnormal.

People who experience frequent urination are unaware that certain disorders can be connected to it.

If it persists, there might be some underlying illness. Therefore, this publication lists seven diseases to watch out for if you urinate a lot.

Generally speaking, if we are confident in our health and didn't drink too much liquids, frequent urine may not be harmful.

1. Urinary tract infection (UTI): This illness affects thereby organs, including the kidney, , bladder, and others. This illness affects more women than males and affects the lower urinary system. The bladder stores urine.

The bladder often weakens and loses its ability to hold pee, which causes the urge to urinate constantly.

2. Overactive bladder: If you have this condition, you will constantly need to urinate, which can be humiliating.

3. We also need to watch out for the condition known as prostatitis: The male prostate glands are attacked by prostatitis.

Prostate disease is more likely to affect men over 40 years old. Seminal secretions are produced by prostate glands.

4. Kidney infection, also known as pyelonephritis, is a disorder that can happen. Similar to other illnesses, this one has its roots in the bladder and urethra.

A kidney infection makes the kidney less active in removing toxins from the blood, which causes a buildup of bacteria that can travel to other parts of the body, and cause harm.

5. Diabetes: Frequent urination can be a sign of uncontrolled type 1 or type 2 diabetes. When diabetes is not controlled, excess sugar causes more fluid to pass from the kidneys into the urine. Uncontrolled diabetes is the most frequent cause of polyuria, or urinating more than normal.

This fluid imbalance makes you frequently thirsty and increases the volume of urine.

6. Anterior prolapse: A cystocele is another name for this condition. It  happens when the bladder slips into the pelvis from its  position, making a person feel the urge to urinate frequently.

7. Bladder stone: Holding urine for an extended period might result in bladder stones.
