  • Participate in collective bargaining by researching workplace issues, labor laws, grievance trends, and negotiation strategies.
  • Draft collective agreement language, assess proposals, and create negotiation materials while analyzing associated costs and benefits.


4. Culture and Events

  • Coordinate weekly programs to recognize employee milestones, anniversaries, condolences, and tenure achievements.

5. General HR Responsibilities

  • Draft and revise company policies.
  • Develop content for the organization’s website and social media platforms.
  • Foster a globally recognized corporate culture.

Qualifications for HR Jobs in Canada

To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A BCom or BBA degree with a focus on labor relations or human resource management.
  • Experience: At least five years of HR experience, including expertise in labor relations, grievance resolution, collective agreement interpretation, and progressive discipline management.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
