Good morning, good day , good afternoon. I hope you are all well. I'm not to sure in regards as to how frequently il keep up with my newsletter with the multitude of things that i do. But i will write when i feel there’s the need.
As we entered a new year new month already nearly through the second month its gone so quick. But quite often the start of the year can at times be overwhelming from the sheer fact of wanting to transition into better positions in life. Whether that be career or just our own personal life. Because some allow work to be but their whole life putting themselves last.
Quite often with CEO’s, founders and owners of companies and independent entrepreneurs. You keep on putting in to the endeavors ones trying to grow. Implementing new processes to enhance the companies flow overall and try to reach even more especially when your company is recognized worldwide. For one person alone that in itself can be motivating, empowering, challenging and to the outside eye looking in your viewed as an inspiration because your reaching people making a difference and positively impacting lives from afar by utilizing the very skills you have been gifted with and trained for.”
But when do you ever take the time to acknowledge everything that you have accomplished over the period of time?The lives that you’ve touched and transformed. People whom you’ve saved in difficulties in their life. Providing working opportunities for others. Creating a community with shared interests and supporting their growth.
Its magical the very power of one. And if you’ve not celebrated your successes amidst all adversities. Today is a celebration of you of what you have developed. Off the very seeds that you’ve planted which have now bloomed. I know for me I turn my pain into creativity and a very much coping mechanism i go from one industry to another for the sheer fact of connection and to learn and grow. In that i have touched into disruptive innovation of this very digital era.
I can assure their is a big difference of basic humanity across industries. That in itself can be disappointing at times. Its safer to not presume or assume that you know what a persons interest maybe. We put out their information for a reason at times with the anticipated response. Because behaviors are changing even more so. Its vital in these days to network physically because so much is missed out virtually.
Virtuality masks human true emotiveness because it’s hidden behind a screen you cant notice the body language as clear the eye contact or any of it. So an illusion gets formed of the contexts exchanged when in reality its a big mismatch and the moment you sense that. Please do not second guess your own intuition and instincts. They are usually spot on. It takes a while to build a rapport and relationships.
The most important is the one with god and yourself. Because we’re all here for a reason. We have a purpose. When we follow those paths and do as it’s divinely written your tribe finds you. So i want you to appreciate your greatness, your expertise, and everything that makes you you. Sometimes the external factors can have an impact on how we respond. That's why its very important to harness and recognize your inner strength that inner voice. To get you to where you are. Remain focused we all know that sometimes some people do not mean well for us. The internal factors speak stronger as leaders.
As leaders remember your self worth do not allow external factors to disturb your self esteem. We are but kings and queens of our own destiny. So own it . Because love conquers all and if you have that self love . Theirs no more battle with ones self. At times we be our own worst enemies as we be the worst critics of ourselves. Start speaking of the good you do and will continue to achieve. Because today is exactly that a GIFT.
I always write from my own observations of trends and patterns that I've noticed. Being an entrepreneur with FND (functional neurological disorder) and neurodivergent. I often am misunderstood and stigmatized when some see the physical impact of my condition that then leaves me to get excluded as i don't meet their status quo image. God knows what that is. I run my own record label, I'm a broadcaster via apple tv and Roku , an author of the book Restored under artist name Madame Kapuscinska, a reverend, a musical artist, songwriter, business mentor, complementary therapist and spiritual healer and training shaman, executive producer. I also have my own makeup line and gym wear as a means to one enhance ones beauty and secondly to help maintain health and fitness and help with pain management if we don't use it we lose it and that’s how reversibility kicks in.
There’s many a roles and its not all at once one does this i manage these by taking into consideration biblical meditation and ways of monks spending short bursts effectively of designated tasks one after the other. As i am also currently working on building my global university. There's nothing wrong with being multitalented. It’s important to know when you deserve a rest. Some may not understand your vision here but when you keep on going those that see it come unexpectedly. So always allow yourself to be open to receiving your blessings because the very blessings may be the very thing that excels you onto yet another path.
I write because at times there may not be quiet times. Plus when your attuned to your path you may notice the silence as you walk alone in your path. I find it better to release this way than to release your doubts or insecurities to another as I've found it gets used against me. But such is life. Having the conditions that i have at times my capacity is limited so I'm aware of what i can and cant do but each day its a must to go with the flow.
Structure is key so long as their is some fluidity within the structure as things always change along the way as life is life long learning. It may take time to get to where you want to be allow the time to be as it is. Because when the time is right trust their be no knocking of your confidence and self worth and esteem. Because look at what you've just molded yourself your life into.
