Jordan Ayew, an international for Ghana, has commended his father, Abedi Pele, for having a significant impact on his brothers' football careers.

Abedi Pele's children, Ibrahim, Andre, and Jordan, have all established prosperous careers in football after he created a name for himself in both African and European competitions.

Both Jordan and Andre played for their father's old team, Olympique Marseille, before switching to the Premier League, following in their father's footsteps.

Jordan, who is currently playing for Leicester City and has made over 300 Premier League matches, talked about how crucial his parents have been to his life.

"My dad has done a lot for my entire family, not just for myself. Because of the high standards in your native country and even in Europe, it is difficult to pursue your father," he said on the club's website.

"I believe my brother and I have handled it quite well, trying to put ourselves first and make sure we have our own path."

He continued, reflecting on his mother's encouragement, "My mother tells me that, but mothers are always optimistic! That my parents may be proud of the path my brother and I have taken is how I personally feel.

Jordan, the Black Stars' captain, is certain that he and Andre still have a lot to contribute to the game.

He said, "Hopefully, we can offer them more moments to enjoy, but there is still more from us."

Jordan Ayew will play for Leicester City on Saturday when they play Brighton in the Premier League at the AMEX Stadium.

Kevin-Prince Boateng describes how a money-hungry football agent damaged his career.

Kevin-Prince Boateng, a former Barcelona and AC Milan player, has talked about how his agency damaged his career when he was younger, before he achieved greater success.

After a distinguished career that included stints with Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, AC Milan, and other teams, Boateng announced his retirement in August 2023 at the age of 35.

Before becoming the best, the German-Ghanaian had to deal with a lot of transfer problems because of a greedy football agent.

Boateng founded the football agency "Rookie and Champ" to share his knowledge and help future players make the best choices possible.

"Not everything is good, and it is a big, big ball." Some of your agents say things like, "I recall signing with a new club, and the coach told me ten days later that you did not want me." I never desired you, he simply informed me. You tried to phone your agent because the sports director wanted you. "The phone went off when I tried to call my agent back then," he said to TransferRoom Summit.

When I signed with Tottenham Hotspur, I attempted to contact my agent. That was two thousand seven years ago, and I have never spoken to him since. Can you imagine, then?

Two thousand and twenty-five. I have not spoken to him since. They disappear over a short period, much like the quick money, quick bug. I want to share my story of constantly wanting to be there for my guys because there are some of these folks out there," he said.
