Scroll to the bottom of your Android smartphone's Settings app and tap About cellphone.
Locate the entry titled Build Number and tap it seven times.
When you press the back button, you'll notice a new developer options menu on top of the about phone page.

Yes, you did perform. Animations will now appear twice as quickly as before, and your phone will feel noticeably sharper as a result. It may also have no effect on battery life. And if you decide you want to revert to the previous state, go back to that menu and select each of the options.
