The Makers Electronics Company Limited, one of Ghana's fastest-growing retail brands in electronic and home appliance items, has received the Outstanding Customer Service Award, Electronics category, at the 2022 Ghana-West Africa Business Excellence Awards.
The 5th edition of the KN Unique Communications awards, held at the plush Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra, provided a platform to recognize individuals and companies that create a welcoming environment for investors and play a significant role in the development of the Ghanaian and West African business economies.
Mr. Stephen Essoun, the company's CEO, was joined by two Makers Electronic brand ambassadors, IBK, a seasoned radio and television personality, and actor Papa Nii, better known in entertainment circles as Osophagus. Mrs. Akua Saah Essoun, the company's COO, was absent due to her regular obligations, as was Fidel Nana Kwabena Essoun (Junior Makers). Fameye and comedian OB Amponsah were out of the country, respectively in Germany and South Africa.
He remarked, "This is the sixth honor my firm has earned in the barely two years that it has been in existence." "I am grateful for the prize, but I am more concerned about physical expansion. It feels fantastic to be recognized for a job well done. We will continue to provide the finest in consumer electronics and home appliances to the people of Ghana. We now have three additional branches under construction, increasing our total to eight for the time being.

Mr. Essoun, who is also the CEO of Hi-Lynks Communications, which he has been running for almost a decade, continued, "On this trip, our good actions will undoubtedly speak for us.
