Precious smiled as she welcomed the Vodafone Healthline staff six months following her procedure, displaying the remarkable improvement she has undergone. To the satisfaction of her family, the surgery has given her the ability to handle objects and play with her pals once more.

Despite the lack of scientific support, according to Dr. Folson, frequently tying the belly can assist maintain muscle tone, burn fat, and drive the internal organs within.


The experts agree that keeping a slim stomach after pregnancy requires regular core and muscle building activities.


Also included in the broadcast was family medicine specialist Dr. Salamatu Nantogma, who discussed dementia and ageing.


She pointed out that muscle atrophy, immobility, and cell loss are all symptoms of ageing that start around the age of 35 and can lead to a number of problems, including dementia.



Dr. Nantogma emphasised the value of good habits, exercise, and lifestyle choices in preventing problems like loneliness, depression, and ageing.
