According to information acquired, there were periodic shootings in the nighttime area outside Justice Graham's home a few weeks ago by unidentified intruders, apparently to terrorize him.
The police patrol team was soon made aware of the situation, and by the time they arrived, the attackers had fled.
On March 13, 2023, at night, a group of people surrounded Justice Graham's home and attacked him by throwing stones at it.
The next morning (Wednesday morning), about 10:30 am, Judge Graham fled the area for safety to Accra.
While several cases were scheduled for hearings on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, Justice Graham's absence disappointed the clients and attorneys.

On Friday, March 10, 2023, two people were found guilty by the High Court of seeking to sway the trial judge.
Naab Nyakora Mantii, the Chief of Baare, and Richard Sunday Yinbil were found guilty of contempt after entering guilty pleas.
They were accused of contempt after telling Judge Graham in his chamber that they had been dispatched by a chief in their region to request an invitation to his palace so they could discuss certain mining-related court proceedings.
