Patricia Safo, CEO of Crystal Lake and JCS Investment Limited, recommended company owners think about hiring people with disabilities to boost production and efficiency.
She thought that if people with disabilities received the proper training and orientation, they would perform more effectively and satisfactorily than people with full abilities, which would increase production.
Employing people with disabilities might significantly affect corporate efficiency, according to Ms. Safo.

"There are several impediments to good employment for people with disabilities, making it difficult for them to engage fully in the labor force and reducing productivity for both the person and the economy as a whole.

Family Safo
When the Safo family, JCS Investment Ltd., and partners gave several Samsung tablets to the kids and teachers at the Demonstration School for the Deaf in Mampong, Akuapem, in the Eastern Region, Mrs. Safo made the call.
The top twelve pupils in each category from kindergarten to high school received prizes as well.
Daniel Yaw Osei Safo, their adored father, passed away on the second anniversary, and the presentation and awarding of awards to meritorious students and children were part of the celebrations to honor his passing.

Due to their special talents, Ms. Safo urged firms across the nation to take disability into consideration when employing new employees.
She emphasized that some people could have high visual or spatial abilities that are employed in problem-solving and can pay close attention to details.
