The proceeds from the sale of the several luxury automobiles Miguel Atu Mould left behind were used by his family to build and donate a legacy dormitory project to his alma mater, Adisadel College in Cape Coast.

Six dormitories with prefect rooms, 150 beds with lockers, washrooms in each dormitory (six students to a toilet facility), and an ironing area are all included in the GH5 million complex.

Additionally, there is a visitors' room with a television and a borehole with overhead tanks.

In an emotionally conflicted statement made during the project handover ceremony, his brother Lee Ocran Tandoh stated that "almost all the source of funding for the project had come directly from the proceeds of the sale of his most beloved worldly possessions, which were his toys (cars)."

"The sentimental worth of the automobiles was priceless because of the affection Atu had for his toys," he said. "Apart from the significant financial value these cars collectively possessed," he said,

Even Atu Mould, he said, came up with the concept for the Atu's Heartbeat endeavor, which his mother Sati Ocran later proposed be built. The family did not claim credit for the endeavor, he added.

Atu's soul

We feel that Atu's spirit directed us throughout the building's construction and finishing process in part because we constantly asked ourselves, "How would Atu have done this or how would he have wanted that done?" Furthermore, it is significant since Atu was quite specific about how he wanted things completed. In other words, Atu had high standards and didn't let the fact that he was his brother influence them in any way.

superior attitude

He claimed that Atu was excellent at every activity, even the most basic ones like cleaning his teeth.

"Atu washes his teeth better than anyone I know." When Atu awakens, he spends around 30 minutes chewing a chewing sponge. After polishing each and every tooth with a chewing stick, he scrubs his teeth for around 20 minutes with a toothbrush before using tongue scrapers for about 10 minutes to scrape his tongue.

The family gave the six-block Atu Mould House to the administration of Adisadel College in Cape Coast last Saturday, which would have been Atu Mould's 51st birthday. This was done to relieve pressure on the dorms.
