Ghana has documented a number of occurrences involving mental health in the previous month, with headlines like "Man Commits Suicide," "Man Kills Girlfriend and Hides Body," "Woman Kills Children and Commits Suicide," "Married Cop Kills Side Chick," "Senior Cop Shoots Junior Cop," "Man Stabs Woman," "Woman Stabs Man," and "Man Stabs Man" being all reported incidents.
