THE NDC NEEDS TO INCULCATE DISCIPLINE IN ITS MEMBERS. ? GEORGE SAM

Sam Nartey George, a member of parliament for Ningo Prampram, has urged the National Democratic Congress leadership to impose discipline on the party's membership.

He claims that this is the only surefire way to patch up the divisions and display a unified front before the general elections of 2024.

He stated that the party's stability and electoral success in the impending general elections in 2024 are threatened by the recent irresponsible actions of some party members, particularly those in crucial positions.

"We would have to fix and take care of these flaws. Discipline. The national executives, specifically Asiedu Nketia, our national chairman, must be the source. And Asiedu Nketia is a man who doesn't hold back and doesn't spare any punches.

He has the courage to make difficult choices.

"As general secretary, we witnessed him make some extremely difficult choices. He needs to bring discipline, and I want that as national chairman.

Asiedu Nketia is the national chairman I want to remember as the one who drilled discipline into our party from the top down, all the way to the grassroots. General Secretary Fifi Kwetey is a no-nonsense individual. On JoyNews' PM Express, he remarked, "I want to see some fight from them.

Sam George expressed his strong displeasure with the previous NDC representative for Ningo Prampram, Enoch Teye Mensah, and said that the stalwart had sent thugs to the voting location in Ningo Prampram to make a disturbance that had forced an hour-long delay in the voting process.

"My constituency elections were delayed for an hour; it happened right after E.T. Mensah arrived and departed. He came to sabotage the elections with goons. You turn around and accuse individuals of spreading information when you have a man serving on the NPP's council of state and attending meetings of your council of elders.

Why can't we be honest and declare that this individual is no longer a member of our party and that we are cutting ties with you? No person is greater than the party until we in our party name something a spade and say, "Look, yes, you're a senior; we thank you for your service," but if you can no longer toe the party line,

But a party that lacks the courage and balls to reprimand misbehaving elders cannot control extroverted youth. As a result, certain groups of individuals started to enforce the law on their own. Want to make this party better? create discipline. And you must impose discipline from the top down.

He further stated that John Mahama, the party's flag-bearer, would be responsible for carrying out this difficult duty if the party's leadership failed to do so.

As our new flagbearer and party leader, President Mahama is expected to grab the reins and enforce discipline if the party leadership is unable to do so.
