Leading foam maker Latex Foam has given the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, a cow and an undisclosed sum of money to celebrate this year's Eid ul-Adha at his Fadama mansion in Accra.
During a courtesy call on the Chief Imam on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, a management delegation from the firm, which included the Export Manager, Dr. Yakubu Diomande, and the Public Relations Officer, Gifty E. Appiah, delivered the products on behalf of the company.

The Chief Imam and his representatives, including the Spokesperson, Sheikh Aremeyaw Shaibu, and the Chief Protocol Officer, Alhaji Latif Abdulsalam, welcomed the Latex Foam delegation.
The act is a component of the company's corporate social responsibility and is now included in its yearly events.
Dr. Diomande, who was presenting the gifts, explained that the donation was made to strengthen the bond between the business and the National Chief Imam's office and to assist the office.
He claimed that Latex Foam, as a corporation, respected the Muslim community's commitment to the nation's progress and stood in solidarity with them during their Eid ul-Adha celebration.
He said that the action was also meant to express gratitude to the Chief Imam for taking time out of his hectic schedule to visit the business last year and speak with its management.
Dr. Diomande utilised the opportunity to wish all Muslims in the nation and throughout the world a successful celebration on behalf of the business.
For his part, the Chief Imam expressed gratitude to Latex Foam for the gesture and prayed for the company's operations to continue to be prosperous.
I am really appreciative, he stated, adding, and I am praying that God blesses every aspect of your business in all your endeavours."
Muslims commemorate the sacrifice Prophet Ibrahim made out of his firm belief in Allah, the Most High, at the festival of Eid-ul-Adha.
