ABOUT FOOD AND RAIMENT

Eating good food, especially with family and friends, is one of the pleasures of life. We all know that people who eat healthy, balanced diets are likely to have:

plenty of energy to work and enjoy themselves;

fewer infections and other illnesses.

And long life to serve the Lord and do His will.

Genesis 27:15

And Rebekah took goodly raiment of her eldest son Esau, which [were] with her in the house, and put them upon Jacob her younger son:

Genesis 27:27

And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son [is] as the smell of a field which the LORD hath blessed:

Genesis 28:20

And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,

1 TIMOTHY 6:8 8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

The word "content" that is being used here does not mean to accept and be satisfied with a lack of anything, nor does it mean to give up trying to make things better. It implies to be powerful and wealthy enough to assist others."

We shouldn't consider ourselves to be poor if all we have is food and clothing because God is our Father and our source of sustenance. He has promised to look after us. We have enough resources as a result to look forth and assist others.

If all we have is food and clothing, we should be grateful. But we must not be complacent and accept lack as God's ideal.

We must have more than we need to fully aid others as we ought to. Therefore, accepting poverty is a selfish act rather than a loving one.

To be obsessed with money is wrong. But having money is not wrong. More people can be helped the more money we have.

Silver and Gold are the Lords and we must work hard and pray for God's blessings financially.

We can't be poor with rich Dads (God)

SAY THIS WITH FAITH: I always have enough to help others because of my connection with Christ. God help me to be rich so I can help others.

May God increase and Bless you

May He Favor You

Receive speed in Jesus' Name Amen
