Jesus being our savior
In a world filled with darkness and despair,
A light emerged, beyond compare.
Jesus, our savior, with love so pure,
His grace and mercy, forever endure.
Born in a humble manger, so small,
He came to save us, one and all.
With miracles and teachings, he showed the way,
To find salvation, each and every day.
He walked on water, calmed the storm,
He healed the sick and gave hope in any form.
His words brought comfort, his touch brought peace,
His love for us, it will never cease.
He sacrificed himself, on a cross so high,
To redeem our sins, to hear our cry.
His blood was shed, a gift so grand,
To offer forgiveness, to all the land.
He rose again, triumphant and strong,
Defeating death, showing us we belong.
In his resurrection, we find new life,
Free from sin and all its strife.
So let us embrace, this gift so divine,
Let Jesus in our hearts, let his love shine.
For he is our savior, our guiding light,
Leading us to eternity, in his loving sight.
Hey Rich! I'm glad you enjoyed the poem. ?Here's a little more to add:
In times of trouble, when we feel lost,
Jesus is there, no matter the cost.
He offers comfort, when we're feeling low,
His love surrounds us, a steady flow.
Through his teachings, we learn to be kind,
To love one another, with an open mind.
He showed us compassion, in all he did,
A shining example, for us to heed.
When we stumble and fall, he lifts us up,
Filling our hearts with overflowing love.
In his presence, we find strength and peace,
A sanctuary where our worries cease.
So let us hold on to his promises true,
Knowing that he's always there for me and you.
In every moment, in every prayer,
Jesus, our savior, will always be there.
Lesson
Setting goals is an important part of personal growth and achievement. It gives us direction, motivation, and a sense of purpose. Here are a few tips to help you set effective goals:
1. Be specific: Clearly define what you want to achieve. Instead of saying "I want to get fit," try setting a specific goal like "I want to run a 5K race in three months."
2. Make it measurable: Set goals that can be measured so you can track your progress. For example, instead of saying "I want to save money," set a specific amount like "I want to save $500 by the end of the month."
3. Set realistic goals: While it's great to aim high, make sure your goals are realistic and attainable. Setting unrealistic goals can lead to frustration and disappointment. Break big goals into smaller, manageable steps.
4. Set a timeline: Give yourself a deadline to work towards. This will help you stay focused and motivated. For example, "I want to complete my research project by the end of next week."
5. Write it down: Putting your goals in writing makes them more tangible and helps you stay accountable. Keep a journal or create a vision board to remind yourself of your goals.
Remember, setting goals is just the first step. Take action, stay committed, and be flexible in adjusting your goals along the way. You've got this, Rich! ??
