The defender Patrick Asiedu of Asante Kotoko has asked his colleagues to play with all of their concentration when they meet Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

This weekend, the Porcupine Warriors and Blues will square off in Week 4 of the 2024–25 Ghanaian Premier League.

Former Berekum Chelsea player Patrick Asiedu urged his colleagues to prepare to give it their all in a pre-match interview.

He said that for Asante Kotoko to have any chance of winning all three points, they needed to be compact and focused for the entire ninety minutes.

"Our level of determination is so great that we are traveling there like a lion. In Berekum, players might easily face punishment, therefore my advice to them is to remain focused on the game and stay compact," Patrick Asiedu stated.

At 3 p.m., Golden City Park will host the encounter between Berekum Chelsea and Asante Kotoko.

Following an intense 2-2 draw with Manchester City, the Gunners made their way back home to take on the Foxes in a thrilling afternoon match.

Leandro Trossard's goal and Gabriel Martinelli's first goal in the 20th minute gave Arsenal a comfortable 2-0 lead at the interval.

James Justin's header from a Facundo Buonanotte free kick rebounded off Kai Havertz to give Leicester a response early in the second half. After thereafter, Justin doubled his goal total with an incredible volley that beat Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya past the post after Wilfred Ndidi's cross.

In the last seconds of the game, Arsenal took back control despite Leicester's comeback. Kai Havertz's goal deep into stoppage time and Wilfred Ndidi's regrettable own goal in the 94th minute sealed the Gunners' victory and prevented Leicester from mounting a valiant comeback.

After playing well for 85 minutes, teenage player Ethan Nwaneri was brought in to replace Thomas Partey.

Jordan Ayew and Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, two more Ghanaian players, had a brief appearance in the game during the last five minutes.

Arsenal's victory has brought them level with Manchester City, who drew with Newcastle United earlier in the Premier League, at the top of the standings.

Now that they're in the Champions League, Mikel Arteta's team will concentrate on playing Southampton on Saturday and Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday.
