THAT'S ALL FOR TONIGHT!

What a fantastic night of football as we won 4-0 in the Champions League. There's plenty of reaction on our website including a postmatch interview with Phil Foden and Pep Guardiola's thoughts. We'll also have the highlights to watch from 23:00 (UK).

We will be back on Saturday with another Matchday Centre covering our Premier League clash with Fulham.

Until then, have a great night in Slovakia if you're there, or wherever you watched the game.

A great victory... come on City!!!!

CITY GO FOURTH

It's very early days but City have moved up 17 places tonight! A top eight finish would see us go straight into the Round of 16 and we're in those positions, although only half the games of Matchday Two have been played.

PEP GUARDIOLA REACTION

After 2-0 with the chances we had they sat back like many teams.

We were patient and we attacked well but a good result. Sometimes you have to go a little bit quicker.

I’m not thinking about goal difference. Winning our games away will be enough.

We have tough games away with Sporting CP, Juventus and PSG.

FT

PHIL FODEN REACTION

I don’t think it was easy, I think it was tough to break them down. You have to give them respect. Like I said, it was difficult to break them down and the atmosphere was unbelievable. We did the job in the end and managed to find the space but it was difficult at times.

Yeah definitely, [we should have more] especially me, I had plenty more chances to score and a few other lads did too. On another night, it could have been more goals but we’re delighted with 4-0.

FULL-TIME

We had two minutes of injury time but it's all over. A fantastic night for City. The scoreline perhaps doesn't reflect our dominance but a 4-0 win away in Europe is a fabulous result. Join Nedum Onuoha and Shaun Wright-Phillips to look back at a great win.

TO THE END

Kyle Walker with a low drive is kept out before Doku wins a corner. The City fans are in good volume and so too are the home fans despite the scoreline. It comes to nothing but City retain possession and McAtee is wide with a header.

NOT TONIGHT

Stones wins the header from Gundogan's corner again. This time Takic palms it around the post and Slovan survive the next deadball cross.

ALMOST FIVE

Ilkay Gundogan goes close to getting the fifth as he breaks into the box and shoots at goal but Takic makes an excellent save to knock it around the post.
