Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Aboubakar Ouattara, expressed dissatisfaction with his team's performance during Friday night's goalless draw with Aduana Stars.

The 2024–25 Ghana Premier League season saw the tactician and his team square off against the Dormaa squad in Week 5.

Hearts of Oak had multiple opportunities to score goals during the 90 minutes, but they were unable to overcome an Aduana Stars team that ended the game with 10 men.

In his post-match interview, Coach Aboubakar Ouattara expressed his disappointment in his players' performance and criticized their play.

"We're not going to have an easy match, as I've been telling them during the training match. They shouldn't assume that it would be simple. I'm genuinely disappointed. We do not play like this. We didn't play well today. Coach Aboubakar Ouattara stated, "The boys put pressure on themselves because they think everything is simple in football."

The coach moved quickly to get his team to forget about the draw with the Aduana Stars and concentrate on their upcoming game.

He revealed that his group will review the encounter with Aduana Stars and get ready to defeat Young Apostles in the upcoming game.

Mohammed Kudus gets first goal of the season amid rumors of a disagreement with West Ham management.

Mohammed Kudus, a forward from Ghana, scored his first goal of the season for West Ham United in their 4-1 victory over Ipswich at the London Stadium, helping him to move past a difficult week.

Kudus, who had been the focus of speculation over an alleged altercation with manager Julen Lopetegui in the dressing room, put any naysayers to rest on Saturday.

Reports stated that Kudus and Lopetegui got into a fight during the halftime break in a prior game against Brentford, but club insiders refuted the claims.

Kudus took advantage of the chance to shine when he was named in the starting lineup despite the rumors.

He helped his team restore the lead after Liam Delap equalized for Ipswich after Michail Antonio's opening strike with a header from close range for West Ham's second goal.

Jarrod Bowen gave West Ham the lead early in the second half, and Lucas Paquetá added another goal to seal the win. West Ham continued to dominate the game after the break.

Kudus, who has just one goal in his last eight games this season, will look to keep up his current form when he plays for the Black Stars against Sudan in their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match.

October 10 at Accra Sports Stadium is the date of the first leg, and October 15 at Tripoli, Libya is the date of the return match.
