Young Apostles have received appreciation from Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar ahead of this weekend's Ghana Premier League matchup between the two teams.

In the sixth week of the 2024–2025 league season, the Phobians will host the newcomers.

Aboubakar Ouattara, the coach, told Hearts TV prior to the match against Young Apostles that the opposition was a formidable team and that his squad would not be playing lightly.

This is a big game because Young Apostles is one of the best teams. We expect to do well in one of the more difficult games we have in Wenchi, but we can't claim it will be simple given they are new to the Premier League. We cannot claim to be at an advantage over them. Coach Aboubakar Ouattara declared, "We are going to play a serious match with one of the serious teams."

After a close tie with the Aduana Stars in their most recent game, the Phobians are eager to go back to winning ways as they travel to Wenchi for their Week 6 matchup.

On Tuesday, we will fight to give Sudan a significant victory over Ghana. Kwesi Appiah, coach

The head coach of Sudan's national football team, James Kwesi Appiah, is hoping for a decisive victory over Ghana in their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match next week.

After keeping Ghana to a goalless draw in the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium, Sudan is getting ready to play the Black Stars in the second leg of their Group F match on Tuesday, October 15.

Despite Ghana controlling the ball and creating more opportunities in the first match, Sudan's tenacity allowed them to win a vital point.

In his post-match analysis, Kwesi Appiah commended his side for their tenacity and defensive prowess while acknowledging the game's complexity.

Sudan and Ghana played each other yesterday. Coach Kwesi Appiah stated, "We fought to get a draw even though it was a tough game."

The Sudanese coach emphasized his team's resolve to go one step further and achieve a resounding victory over the Black Stars in the rematch in Benghazi.

He expressed faith that his team will give it their all to win, even if he conceded that the next game will be difficult.

"The return leg will now take place in Benghazi. Although it won't be simple, he continued, "Inshallah, we will strive to ensure that Sudan wins a significant triumph."

To increase their chances of earning a spot in the 2025 AFCON competition, the Sudanese team will be relying on home advantage in the forthcoming match.

To keep on course in the qualifiers, Ghana, under the direction of head coach Otto Addo, will also be looking for a great showing.
