In an exclusive chat with 3entertainment’s Naphtali Baah, KiDi shared his excitement about the success of ‘Lomo lomo.’
“It’s a blessing. This is why we make music, for people to be happy, for people to catch their vibe, hear the song, and love it, so I’m grateful. Shout out to everybody, to my brother Black Sheriff, we have a hit, we have global hit, and we have a national hit, and I am grateful for that,” KiDi shared. He expressed how creative minds came together to produce this infectious tune, showcasing the collaborative spirit in music.
“That is music for you. Music has no time span, sometimes you release a song it will hit in a day and sometimes it will take three months, and sometimes a year. So am super grateful, we had no idea how long it was going to take but it’s here and we are grateful,” he added. KiDi is known for pushing boundaries in the Afrobeats genre, and listeners can expect more innovative sounds to come. The ‘Shut Up’ hitmaker also teased his eager fans with the promise of a new album on the horizon.
