Otto Addo, the head coach of Ghana's Black Stars, is concentrating on getting his team finished before their second encounter with Sudan in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.

Coach Otto Addo told reporters following the first game's goalless draw that the Black Stars' impressive performance lacked only the finishing touch.

He promised that before the second meeting the next week, his team would address the issue in training.

We will undoubtedly attempt to provide them with confidence and training on finishing. Otto Addo, the coach of Ghana, stated that this was the only thing lacking.

The coach went on, "They're just about to wrap up the action, that's it. The spirit was good, the emotion was there, and the defensive discipline was there." Today Sudan is extremely fortunate. They won't be lucky the next time we see them in Libya, but we will.

On Tuesday, October 15, Sudan and Ghana will hold their second meeting.

Kamal Sowah of Ghana received a driving prohibition following an incident involving speeding.

Kamal Sowah, a Ghanaian striker for Club Brugge, was caught speeding at 172 km/h on the E40 highway in Aalter, Belgium, and was given a three-month driving ban.

Due to training obligations, the 24-year-old, who has a history of speeding violations, did not show up for police court. Additionally, Sowah was not carrying his identity card at the time of the occurrence.

One month of the ban is effective immediately, while the other two months are conditional, according to the Ghent police judge's ruling. Sowah also needs to retake four driving tests and has been fined 840 euros. An appeal against the court's ruling is still feasible despite his previous legal issues.

Sowah, who paid a high price of nine million euros to join Club Brugge in 2021, has had a difficult time there, as his form has declined following a strong start. He has been demoted to the B team after loan stints at AZ and Standard Liage failed to spark his career. His deal expires in June 2025.
