Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu, a former player for Asante Kotoko, is confident in the team's future under coach Prosper Narteh Ogum.

With one game remaining in the 2024–25 Ghana Premier League season, the Porcupine Warriors had already secured 11 points from their first five games.

In light of the team's performance, Agyemang-Badu gave the club's management kudos for their successful player acquisition, saying it has put them on the correct path.

"Asante Kotoko's recruitment pleased me when I watched them play against Hearts of Oak in the Democracy Cup. At an interview with Kumasi-based Promise FM, he added, "I also went to the match versus Chelsea at Berekum, and they did a good job."

"Asante Kotoko is on a solid route under Prosper Narteh Ogum, and I am convinced they can achieve even more as the season unfolds," he said, pointing out that the squad is still undefeated after five games.

Asante Kotoko's Matchday seven matchup with FC Samartex, the reigning champions, will take place at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium this weekend.

Paa Kwesi Fabin said, "There is nothing noteworthy about Legon Cities' performance."

Paa Kwesi Fabin, the head coach of Legon Cities, has said that his team's Ghana Premier League performance isn't particularly noteworthy.

After six league games, the Royals remain without a victory and have only managed one draw.

With just one point from six games, Legon Cities is still at the bottom of the league standings going into Sunday's trip to Berekum Chelsea.

"There is nothing noteworthy about our performance. In his pre-game interview, Fabin stated, "I have played six games without a victory."

"I don't think the one draw is good enough." Therefore, we are putting a lot of effort into changing the club's story.

"We will attempt to see what occurs by introducing specific situations during training. We are working on it, and we think things will improve very soon.

"In league situations, it happens sometimes, so they shouldn't leave us; instead, they should stand by us and help us so that we can make a big comeback."
