Dreams FC and Hearts of Oak played to a goalless draw at the Tuba Astroturf in Krokrobite, extending Dreams FC's winless start to the season.

Hearts of Oak, who have struggled with consistency this season, finished in a disheartening draw for the third time in four games.

Hearts' last game against Young Apostles ended their string of goalless draws, but they went back to their old troubles in front of goal.

Shortly after the hour, Musibau took the lead with a long-range effort that eluded the Niger goalie. He scored a close-range goal in the 73rd minute to give Ghana all three points and seal the triumph.

Ghana gains four points from the victory and is well-positioned to move on to the competition's next stage.

Nathaniel Adjei of Ghana shines once more as Lorient dominates Ligue 2.

Nathaniel Adjei, a defender for Ghana, gave it his all as FC Lorient defeated Annecy on Saturday to take the lead in the French Ligue 2.

In front of their boisterous fans on matchday 9 of the current French second-tier league, the Orange boys skillfully performed as expected against Annecy FC.

With a goal from forward Kapit Djoco within the first seven minutes of play, Annecy FC took the lead.

Before referee Robin Chapapria ended the first half, Lorient had dominated possession but had been unable to convert it into goals.

Eli Kroupi of Lorient battled to level the score ten minutes after the break, but Joel Mugisha's incredible shot in the 70th minute gave them the lead.

Three minutes later, Kroupi connected with Laurent Abergel's beautiful pass on the edge of the box to double Lorient's lead.

After replacing Mohamed Bamba midway through the second half, Sambou Soumano scored his team's fourth goal of the game with a simple finish in the 88th minute.

The game ended in a score of 4-2, but Annecy stuck to their plan and scored through Travis Dago in the 92nd minute, but it was too late.

With 19 points from 9 games, the win puts Lorient at the top of the standings.

Oliver Pantaloni had a strong back in Adjei. He received a high rating of 7.0 at the end.

Since returning to full fitness, the 22-year-old has established himself as a staple in the heart of defense.

On Friday, October 25, Lorient will perform at Stade Paul-Lignon as Rodez's guests.
