Over 100 Children at Mama Laadi Children’s Home in Bolgatanga Receive Generous Donation from Ihwan Foundation
On October 26, 2024, Ihwan Foundation brought hope and joy to over 100 children at Mama Laadi Children’s Home in Bolgatanga, located in Ghana's Upper East Region, with a significant donation of essential supplies. The donation, presented personally by the foundation’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohammed Masa-Udu, emphasized the foundation’s commitment to uplifting vulnerable communities.
Speaking after the donation, Mr. Masa-Udu expressed the foundation’s deep gratitude and fulfillment in being able to make a difference in the lives of these children. “We are delighted to visit Mama Laadi Children’s Home and make this donation. Supporting the well-being and development of orphans and children in need is at the core of our mission. This contribution is our way of giving back and positively impacting our community,” he said.
The donation included a variety of much-needed items, such as clothing, educational supplies, food, and hygiene products—essentials that contribute directly to the health, development, and happiness of the children at the home. Mr. Masa-Udu emphasized that this initiative is part of the Ihwan Foundation's ongoing commitment to supporting underprivileged groups and ensuring that every child has a chance at a better life.
The project coordinator, Issaka Alhasan, and the Deputy Executive Secretary, Issaka Zulaiha, also expressed their appreciation to the community and supporters for making this act of generosity possible. They reiterated the foundation’s dedication to serving Ghana and encouraged others to support similar causes that improve lives and build stronger communities.
