Evans Owusu, a former defender for Asante Kotoko, has offered his opinions on the eagerly awaited Super Clash between Asante Kotoko and Ghanaian football powerhouse Hearts of Oak.

On Sunday, December 15, 2024, the two teams will play in the Ghana Premier League at Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Owusu emphasized the importance and unpredictable nature of the legendary "Super Clash," saying, "Asante Kotoko vs. Hearts of Oak is a significant game any day." Every football fan has their eye on it, making it a game that every player aspires to play. The game decides who gets the bragging rights in addition to the three points.

The former Kotoko player emphasized the significance of players being mentally and physically prepared for this hotly contested match.

"You must be both psychologically and physically prepared for the game as a player. There are many unknowns in football, and anything can happen. The present performance of any side does not decide the outcome of the Super Clash.

With Hearts of Oak now in 6th place with nineteen points and Kotoko in 17th place with eighteen points, Owusu's remarks come as both sides get ready for the pivotal game.

Cioba Aristica, the coach of Aduana FC, claims he came back for the supporters.

Cioba Aristica, a Romanian strategist, has given an explanation for his decision to rejoin Aduana Football Club, a team in the Ghana Premier League.

On Tuesday, the fire lads declared Cioba Aristica's comeback, taking Yaw Acheampong's place after a run of poor performances in Ghana's premier division.

Aduana FC lost four games, drew six, and won just two as they struggled to establish a rhythm under Acheampong.

After 12 games of the season, the Fire Boys are presently in 13th place on the domestic top-flight standings with 12 points.

But as Aduana looks to revitalize their season, the 53-year-old Romanian coach needs to get back to the field right now.

Speaking following his unveiling, Aristica said that the fans were the reason he returned to the team and asked them to support him during his second stint.

"I need the help. I adore and like the Aduana Stars fans. They and I get along well, and I know they are rooting for my return.

"The team is now struggling, but I think we can recover if we work together." I came back for the backers. I will encourage them to cheer on the squad during our upcoming three games. We must work together during our next three games, and then we will address the issues.
