Sacking Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu as Majority Leader was an 'Unmitigated Disaster' - Atta Poku Claims
The recent sacking of Osei Bonsu Kyei-Mensah from his position as the Majority Leader of Ghana's Parliament has sparked heated debate, with several political figures weighing in on its potential impact. One such individual is Atta Poku, a prominent political analyst, who has described the decision as an "unmitigated disaster."
In a recent statement, Atta Poku expressed strong disapproval of the decision, arguing that the removal of Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu could have serious consequences for the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP). Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, who served as Majority Leader for several years, was seen by many as a stabilizing figure within the party.
