The University of Montreal in Canada is offering fully funded scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year, providing exceptional financial support to international students pursuing undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees. These scholarships aim to ease tuition costs, with financial assistance of up to $27,300 per year, making higher education accessible to students from all over the world.

Undergraduate Programs

Scholarship amounts are determined by academic performance, categorized into three levels:


Level A: Up to $13,740.60 annually (30 credits).


Level B: Up to $6,548.40 annually (30 credits).


Funds are applied directly to tuition costs.



Graduate Programs (Master’s)

Graduate scholarships reduce international tuition fees:


Research-Based Programs: $15,150 annually (45 credits).


Non-Research Programs: $10,788.75 annually (45 credits).



Doctoral Programs

Doctoral students benefit from a full waiver of additional international tuition, allowing them to pay the same fees as Quebec students:


Annual tuition of $22,908.60 (45 credits).



Eligibility Criteria


Applicants must receive an offer of admission to a degree program starting from Fall 2020.


Candidates should not be enrolled in short-term or independent study programs.


A valid study permit and continuous full-time enrollment are required.


Applicants must not receive other tuition waivers.
