Since 2017, the Eastern Regional Minister, Seth Kwame Acheampong, has reported the completion of over 1,487 kilometers of roads across the region, with Kwahu being a major beneficiary. Notable projects include:

  • Nkawkaw Town Roads: The rehabilitation of Nkawkaw town roads has significantly improved intra-town transportation, facilitating smoother commutes for residents and visitors alike.

  • Nkawkaw to Domeabra to Buaben Road: This reconstruction project has enhanced the road network, making travel between these communities more efficient.
