Aboubakar Ouattara discusses Hearts' draw with Vision FC and points to difficulties off the field.
In the week 27 Ghana Premier League match, Hearts of Oak's head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, gave his comments on his team's tense 1-1 draw with Vision FC on Sunday at the Nii Adjei Okraku II Sports Complex in Tema Newtown.
Kelvin Osei Asibey, a central defender, took advantage of a loose ball in the box in the 40th minute to give the Phobians the lead in the first half, but they were unable to hold onto it.
Meschack Sowah Adjetey gave Vision a spectacular equalizer from outside the penalty area in the second half, leaving the Hearts goalkeeper with little chance.
"I think the game is not horrible," he remarked, adding, "but it is not easy for us because of some things I do not want to disclose."
The coach saw the good in his team's effort despite the lost points.
"We earned our points, and both teams gave it their all. We are impressed because every time I tell them we can score, we create some chances, but everyone tries to win the game in midfield, and the opponent also played well in defense, so there are no issues."
With 41 points from 26 games, Hearts is still in fifth place on the league table following the draw, while Vision is still in 14th place with 29 points.
Both teams will be keen to build momentum for a successful finish as the season approaches its last stretch.
