News has emerged that,fake survivors of the apiati explosion has joined residence of the community due to the relief items people are giving out to the victims.

Some of this imposters are relative of the survivors who have to console them and have taken the opportunity to join as fake victims in other to receive some of the news.

This incident was announced by the NADMO coordinator for the prestea hunu-valley municipality Mr Francis Abeiku Yankah.

The  NADMO said they have setup a 17 committee made of six survivors each to help in the sharing of the relief items the community have received.

The words of the NADMO coordinator Mr Francis Abeiku are as follows;

“It has come to our attention, so we have formed a Committee to help identify those who are not part of the survivors to ensure that items are given to those who deserve it”.

17 people died and 179 people were severely injured sources claims.
