A very sad incident has happened in sun yani, a woman identified as Yvonne Anan has been confirmed dead according to reports after her husband alledgedly beat her to death for adding cassava to his fufu.
Yvonne Annan is married to Bryan Annan, According to the eyewitness identified as Samuel Dampeh, narrating what he say to the police, he explained
“She disobeyed her husband by cooking a cassava meal for him, which the husband detests and that caused the violence and eventually resulted in Yvonne’s deathâ€.
According to reports Bryan is a diabetic patient and doctors have ordered him not to consume cassava due to his condition and his wife Yvonne is really aware of this and went ahead to add the cassava to his food which he couldn’t control his anger hence laying his hands on her.
Bryan reacted the way he did because he thought his wife wanted to end his life since she knew about his health condition and went ahead to do that, so he wanted to react for her to know he is the man of the house and his orders should be taken.
As the writibg of this article, Bryan has been arrested and is in police custody. The two have been married for ten years with no children and her family believes that might be a major factor resulting in her death. Other reports had it that, Bryan has been planning to divorce Yvonne so that he could get married to the Mother of his children and that is why he beat her to death.( from yvone’s sister Mary).
