NISSI OGULU, a London-based Nigerian musician-artist, has created 'Jigsaw Tribe,' according to Binance, the world's top blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider. On May 30, 2022, the unique NFT For Good collection was released on the Binance NFT marketplace in conjunction with Binance Charity.

'Jigsaw Tribe,' a digital art project, presents a selection of one-of-a-kind pieces that explore Africa's musical legacy through archaic but animated instruments. It looks at several aspects of life and music, each of which is represented by a jigsaw piece.

"My goal with 'Jigsaw Tribe' is to take you throughout the continent to find handcrafted musical instruments in all their colorful splendour that the rest of the world may not be aware of." The tunes also pay homage to Africa's musical heritage.

This NFT collection includes NFTs with varying rarity levels and cost, as well as additional value utilities such as invites to live events and art exhibits, discounts on signed and printed digital art, and whitelisting rights for future NFT drops.

Between May 30th and June 20th, 2022, the unique artwork series will be auctioned in a premium auction on the Binance NFT Marketplace. This is the newest partnership for Binance Charity's NFT For Good Campaign, which allows world-renowned artists to turn their art and creativity into meaningful global action that addresses social and humanitarian challenges.

A portion of the revenues will be donated to The Reach, an Ogulu family effort that gives 6000 meals each month to poor Nigerians, among other things.

"The NFT for Good program by Binance Charity unites creators, their art, and their purpose. Another intriguing example is Jigsaw Tribe, which beautifully blends tradition and technology. After working in Africa for many years, the continent, its people, and their culture retain a unique place in my heart. I'm ecstatic that we'll be able to work with Nissi to pay tribute to her roots." Helen Hai, Binance's Executive Vice President and Head of Binance Charity, stated.

Nissi was born in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, to a creative family. Her older brother, Burna Boy (called "the African Giant"), is an Afrobeat icon and Fela Kuti's manager, and her grandpa is Benson Idonije, an Afrobeat legend and Fela Kuti's manager.

She attributes her and her siblings' penchant for creativity and imaginative thinking to Bose Ogulu, an entertainment industry magnate and her mother, whom she characterizes as a "powerhouse." Ronami, her younger sister, is also a fashion and creative strategy genius.

Nissi has worked in a number of mediums as an artist, but her unorthodox, contemporary-driven style of paintings and aesthetic original design helped her find her position in the world of fine art. Creele Animation Studios, which generates black and African material with storytelling through animation, music, the metaverse, and games, has developed her significant participation in the digital arena.

"What thrills me is that African music and culture are now achieving the recognition and success that they so rightly deserve as fundamental to world music and innovation." "As a result, the collection is my artistic interpretation of exposing the continent's robust music legacy and all-around creative genius to the globe, this time in an animated style," Nissi explains.

To bid on the artwork on https://www.binance.com/en/nft between 30 May 2022 (12:00pm CAT) and 20 June 2022, traders must first register a cryptocurrency account on Binance.com and then bid on the artwork on https://www.binance.com/en/nft (12:00pm CAT). BNB, the digital token that drives the Binance ecosystem, will be accepted for trades.
