On July 13, around 25 policemen captured Sethibe at his home in the town of Mogoditshane, northwest of the capital Gaborone, and charged him under a regulation excepting "disturbing distributions," as per news reports, a Facebook post by his outlet, and the columnist and his legal counselor, Obonetse Jonas, both of whom talked with CPJ through informing application.
