ASSIN NORTH MP:TSATSU TSIKATA RECORDS CERTIORARI APPLICATION AGAINST HIGH COURT ADMINISTERING

An Accra High Court has dismissed the preliminary of Mr James Gyakye Quayson, anticipating a Supreme Court date to hear a Certiorari application recorded by Mr Tsatsu Tsikata, his Counsel.
