When my eyes open every morning, I express gratefulness for the air going all through my lungs. One more day - I am alive. God actually has a reason for this old lady. Thus, I appeal to God for my family, companions, neighbors, collaborators, and people all over the planet; some I know and most I don't have any idea.

My companion close to me is alive however he works the night shift so the mornings have a place with me and my canine. Indeed, I am grateful to have the undisturbed mornings to myself.

Maya goes with me to a great extent and all over the place. She is named after Maya Angelou, a woman of incredible boldness and ability. My other canine passed on last year - a seizure issue and serious meds took her doggie life too soon, so gratitude for Maya. We are both maturing and turning gray females with joint pain setting in. I can in any case see, hear, smell, contact, taste, walk, and talk - so more much obliged. My mind actually works - for the most part.

Much appreciated is given for indoor pipes, bathroom tissue, and cleanser since there are different people that do without. Absence of toilet paper was a popular narrative during the worldwide lockdown.

Morning espresso with gratitude for clean water and power to utilize the coffeepot. Oats with new natural product in season, dried cranberries, raisins, and nuts blended in. With the approaching food deficiencies and store network issues, edibles will turn out to be scant - so I relish the flavor. Individuals all over the planet are now encountering the aftereffects of the pandemic consequence and the rounds of the well off and strong manikins bosses of both sovereign and socialist nations. Water and food are necessities forever.

Morning contemplation with yoga and centered breathing sets me up for the afternoon. In January, I read the 2020 book, "Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art" by James Nestor. The manner in which I saw breathing was always different. I've prepared my mind to focus on my body and remain in the present time and place and not wander in recollections. Contemplations, reflections, and stresses over enduring humankind are not wanted during contemplation.

Appreciation for my patio and the morning daylight while tasting espresso and watching padded companions at the birdfeeders. A couple of squirrels and a solitary chipmunk rush around and snatch sunflower seeds.

The climate control system kicks on, yet rather than reviling the clamor, I express appreciation for the coolness it acquires the mid year heat. The media, humming with energy issues, cautions of future blackouts. People need cooling and warming.

Walking around my shade garden brings a grin and peacefulness. Being semi-resigned has acquired more hours my made lawn heaven loaded up with trees, plants, and blossoms. Appreciative for butterflies, pollenating bugs, and frogs.

It came down yesterday and my little veggie garden looks invigorated. Much obliged is given as a couple of cucumbers are culled from the plant.

Seconds, minutes, and morning hours have passed. Time to go to work or time to compose or time to do day to day tasks. Routine gives strength to people, particularly kids.

Yet, my brain meanders about happenings both all over.

Preceding the Covid, I underestimated opportunity and common freedoms - on the grounds that I live in America. "My country tis of you, Sweet place where there is freedom, Of you I sing." An energetic psalm composed by Samuel Smith. The Great Reset (otherwise known as New World Order) undermines worldwide majority rules system. Petitions to God go up for the residents in the USA. Petitions to God go up for Canadian residents. Petitions to God go up for residents of all nations in light of the fact that a longing for opportunity is implanted in every human heart.

Checking the Internet for news about the Dutch ranchers in the Netherlands, individuals of Sri Lanka, the Russian-Ukraine struggle, builds my pulse and shallows my relaxing. Spinning winds of stress hang tight for a greeting. Dread can without much of a stretch feed on rumination.

Be that as it may, my psyche goes to my #1 retained sacred writings from the Bible. God sets on the King's lofty position. God is president of otherworldly fighters. God's plan for the USA and every one of the nations in the world will happen. God's arrangement is real harmony.

What's more, I am grateful. A demeanor of appreciation is my everyday craving.

"Our dads' God to Thee, Author of freedom, To Thee we sing. Long may our property be brilliant, With opportunity's blessed light, Protect us by Thy may, Great God our King." Last verses of the hymn melody.
