Afcon qualifiers deferred to consider World Cup readiness
The following round of Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in September have been deferred to permit the mainland's five World Cup-bound groups the chance for better preliminary matches before the competition in Qatar, the Confederation of African Football said on Sunday.
