One of Ghana's top indigenous insurance providers, StarLife Assurance, has made its new USSD number, *7373#, and mobile app, MyStar, available to the public in an effort to make customers' insurance requirements easier. The Customer Experience Center and Sales Executives have been using the MyStar Mobile App for client sign-up and transactional requests for the past year.
Customers will be able to purchase and manage their insurance plans from any location at any time using these new platforms. As part of the brand promise of a strong partnership for life, they have also been created to provide clients convenience, security, and accessibility.
Customers will be able to find locations countrywide, pay premiums, apply for claims, partial withdrawals, refunds, and check the status of their policies via the mobile app and USSD code. Value-added services that enable customers to additionally purchase airtime, data, and utility bills have been applied to these applications to increase their usefulness.
The Chief Executive Officer of StarLife Assurance, Mrs. Kakra-Duffuor Nyarko, introduced MyStar and the USSD code and said: "StarLife realises that clients need to have simple access to their policies in real-time. As a result, we have been trying to develop solutions that meet this demand in order to fulfil our aim of a fantastic client experience. Over the years, our cutting-edge digital solutions have proven essential to all of our business operations and brought insurance closer to our expanding clientele.
