Before the conclusion of 2022, the club advised the player to find a new club since they no longer need his services.

Mohammed Alhassan has been released by Hearts of Oak based on information obtained from sources, despite the fact that the player has not yet found a new club.

After nearly five years with the club, the highly regarded center defender is leaving the team in the capital.

An excerpt from the letter that was issued to the player and obtained by GHANAsoccernet.com says, "With reference to the mutual termination of the employment contract agreement between the player (Mohammed Alhassan) and the club; The player is free to join any club of his choosing."

Mohammed Alhassan, 30, joined Hearts of Oak in December 2018 and has since developed into one of the team's most important players.

He formerly competed for WAFA SC, where he established himself as a premier defender.

The defender helped the Phobians win the Ghana Premier League two seasons ago while playing for Hearts of Oak.

Additionally, he played a key role in the club's back-to-back MTN FA Cup victories during the previous two seasons.
