Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has been cited as one of the best-performing ministers in the current administration by Nana Appiagyei Dankanwoso, a former president of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI).

He said that Dr. Adutwum's performance and production since being appointed as a deputy minister and then promoted to substantive minister are unparalleled.

In a media interview, Nana Dankanwoso stated that the education sector has undergone a significant transition that has affected the lives of thousands of residents as a result of the minister's exceptional innovation.

He declared, "He is without a doubt the most excellent minister serving the nation in humility and with the highest level of commitment."

He said it was unusual for a minister of state to join students for breakfast and spend time with them only to understand their difficulties and come up with appropriate responses.

The minister is known for periodically instructing pupils when he travels to schools around the nation; this practise is viewed by many as a positive role model that motivates instructors to do more to advance their teaching abilities.

He said that Dr. Adutwum's implementation of novel policies in the field has the potential to provide critical thinkers equipped to open doors for others.

One of the finest policy efforts under his goal to make STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education the centre of national development.

Dr. Adutwum's personal dedication to funding students in his district to enrol in science-related courses at several public universities, according to Nana Dankanwoso, is a testament to his determination to lead by example.

He went on to say that he was very pleased with how Dr. Adutwum and his colleagues at the Education Ministry are altering the perception that Technical and Vocational Education is not an option for gifted children and making it appealing.

In order to further hone their creativity in finding solutions to societal challenges, engineering courses are also available to visual arts students, which is refreshing, he added.

The addition of scientific labs and the deployment of cutting-edge tools to support second cycle science instruction thrilled the former president of the GNCCI as well.

With the support of Ghanaians, he is confident that Dr. Adutwum's plan for the country's educational system would be successful.

He said, "He has been great and in my opinion he is one of the finest so far in this present government."
