The House rejected the Speaker's request to hold a special session of the House on April 14 and 15 to discuss approving a financing facility for the Ghana COVID-19 Emergency Preparedness and Response Project.
The Whips on both sides of the House promptly gathered their members into the chamber when the division was called.
