Liverpool fan Morgan O'Sullivan tells us his thoughts on all the latest Reds talking points ahead of the Fulham game as Sadio Mane is linked with a transfer.

Liverpool take on Fulham later today, with Jürgen Klopp looking to rack up five wins as he recovers - raising distant Champions League hopes in the process.

Breaking into the top four from here is certainly a daunting task, but Klopp can at least summon a host of world-class strikers. Even with Roberto Firmino injured, Liverpool are spoiled for choice and still have certain combinations to try.

Admittedly, it is difficult to substantiate the claim that Sadio Mane's absence is at the root of Liverpool's problems this season, as some pundits have attempted to suggest. The problems are legion, but most of them stem from upside down midfield. The hope is that these areas can be addressed in the next transfer window.

However, there are five games left before that and Klopp wants to end the season on a strong note. We asked Liverpool fan Morgan O'Sullivan some questions about the Reds.

There's nothing better than a final gasping winner... and the circumstances could hardly have been better than the match against Spurs! How important could this goal be for Liverpool?

The late goal against Spurs is one of those moments that often define the seasons. It's the kind of lens where you look back and say that's when the tide turns. That's when you regain your trust. It's the kind of goal you can compare to Alisson's header a few seasons ago. Sadly, I feel like we missed it too late to make one of those glorious comebacks again.

Winning over Manchester United this weekend, when we thought they might slip, was probably one of our last hopes. But strange things happened. Just a few years ago we thought we missed the top 4. We fear the financial implications of not qualifying for Europe. We were afraid that no one would come to us. Even though we won a Champions League spot, we only really spent what we got from sales and we weren't really targeting any famous superstars. This summer probably won't be the same.
