The renowned striker Karim Benzema will leave the Bernabeu this summer, according to the Spanish powerhouses, leaving Real Madrid looking for a replacement.

Madrid is prepared to make an offer to bring Kane, 29, to the Spanish capital before the start of the upcoming season since they have a long-term interest in him.

When an inquiry is received, sources claim Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will offer Madrid a minimum starting price of £100 million for Kane.

However, it is thought that there is possibility for negotiation. As the summer transfer window approaches, Manchester United has also expressed a significant interest in Kane. However, Levy is emphatic that he does not want to sell his club's best asset to a domestic rival.

Given that Levy does not want to work with any English club, Real has the power to demand a reduced cost of less than £100 million.

If Tottenham does not sell Kane in the upcoming two transfer windows, he will be lost for nothing the following season.

It remains to be seen if Kane would seriously contemplate moving to Spain from England.

The prolific forward has set his sights on surpassing Alan Shearer's 260-goal record for the Premier League. He presently has 213 goals in the top level.

Similar to how Kane and his family are well-established in London, moving to Madrid would require careful consideration, especially as wife Katie is currently expecting their fourth child.

Kane may be tempted to give up his objective of becoming the Premier League's all-time leading scorer if he joins one of the world's most illustrious teams, where winning major trophies is practically a given.

In addition, he would probably receive a pay raise from Tottenham's present offer of £300,000 per week.

In recent years, Real Madrid and Levy have developed a positive working relationship with Tottenham and Levy.

Under Levy, stars like Luka Modric, Jonathan Woodgate, and Gareth Bale made the switch from Spurs to Madrid.

In a similar vein, Spurs have signed Rafa van der Vaart, Sergio Reguilon, and Bale again.
