The first president of Togo is Sylvanus Olympio. He served as the president of Togo from 1960, when the country gained independence from French colonial rule, until 1963. Sylvanus Olympio was a prominent figure in Togo's struggle for independence and played a significant role in shaping the early political landscape of the country. Unfortunately, his presidency was cut short when he was assassinated in a coup d'état in 1963. After Olympio's assassination, Nicolas Grunitzky became the president of Togo.



First president in mali


The first president of Mali is Modibo Keïta. He served as the president of Mali from 1960, when the country gained independence from French colonial rule, until 1968. Modibo Keïta was a key figure in Mali's fight for independence and played a crucial role in the country's early political development. He implemented various socialist policies and pursued economic reforms during his presidency. However, in 1968, Keïta was overthrown in a military coup led by Moussa Traoré, marking the end of his presidency.




First president in Congo


The first president of the Republic of the Congo, also known as Congo-Brazzaville, is Fulbert Youlou. He served as the president from the country's independence in 1960 until 1963. Fulbert Youlou was a prominent figure in the country's struggle for independence from French colonial rule. However, his presidency faced various challenges, including political unrest and economic difficulties. In 1963, Youlou was overthrown in a military coup led by Alphonse Massamba-Débat, which marked the end of his presidency.
