According to TalkSport, Chelsea have turned their attention to Moises Caicedo after losing Manuel Ugarte. The Brighton star, valued at £80m, could leave the Seagulls in the face of strong interest from Premier League giants including Arsenal and Liverpool.
Brighton made the brilliant decision to turn down big offers from Moises Caicedo in January and keep the £80m-rated midfielder.
