Anna Mariana Casemiro, who is said to have started seeing the Brazilian star when he was still playing for Sao Paulo, has been sighted out and about with her spouse since he joined the Red Devils for Ł70 million last summer.
The 31-year-old has had a solid first season, making an impression at Old Trafford and playing a key role in their Carabao Cup victory.
However, a report stating Casemiro had been disloyal to Anna, with whom he shares two children, was published over the weekend, according to the Brazilian publication Leo Dias.
According to the story, the midfielder allegedly had a five-year relationship with a model and former Lindt chocolate salesperson.
Even that his purported lover had been persuaded to resign was claimed by Casemiro.
She was reportedly based in Barcelona while Casemiro was a player for Real, but they hadn't communicated since the end of 2022, according to the story.
But while she defended him on Instagram, his wife shot off the rumors.
In a post on her platform, Anna questioned the veracity of the purported chat exchange that was screenshotted and circulated by writing, "Oh man, really?" It would be best to check your sources first; from what I can tell by looking around, he is not there.
The couple wed in 2014 and are parents to a son named Caio, 2, and a daughter named Sara, who is seven.
As he recovers from Saturday's FA Cup final loss, Casemiro has not yet publicly addressed the suspected relationship.
"Thank you all for this first great season and, more importantly, for your love toward my family and toward me," he wrote in his letter.
