Fans are stunned that Erling Haaland is NOT in the squad for Europe's top 5 leagues this season
The Manchester City forward has had an extremely prolific campaign this season, scoring an incredible 52 goals in all competitions.
He won the Premier League's Golden Boot award after scoring 36 league goals - a new record in England's top flight.
And he already has 12 Champions League goals when his side take on Inter Milan in the final of the tournament on Saturday.
But he didn't do enough to make it into the season's top five European squad according to WhoScored.
Real Madrid's Vinicius Jr is another notable absence from the typical squad, with Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe named in the squad. The seven-time Ballon d'Or winner, who is expected to leave Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season, is the team's highest-rated player with a score of 8.28.
Arsenal's Bukaya Saka and Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne are in midfield, alongside Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham and Napoli's Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Kieran Tripper, Benjamin Pavard, Andrei Girotto and Raphael Guerreiro make up the four defenders while Jeremias Ledesma is the man between the sticks.
Which side scored?
The exclusion of Haaland and Vinicius Jr angered online fans, prompting social media to be launched.

Fifth comment:
"Haaland not being here is crazy for me, I'm sorry."
Like Haaland, Vinicius Jr has had a stellar campaign on an individual basis, scoring 23 goals in all competitions – the best of his career.
Even so, he has failed to secure a spot in Europe's top five squad of the season despite his performances for Real Madrid this season.
How do you feel about XI? Let us know.
