Dave Black, a devoted lifelong supporter of Livingston, has been named the club's new CEO after John Ward was promoted to chairman.
Robert Wilson, who announced his retirement last week, was replaced as CEO by Ward, who has held the position since 2016.
Black has been the club's business development manager and head of commercial and media operations since 2020, but he has a lengthy history with the organization.
When the team received consecutive promotions, Ward said: "I took on the post of CEO because the board felt we needed to put a proper structure around the financial side of things.My involvement in the club has always been voluntary and unpaid, and because of my outside business interests, I travel frequently.
We believe the club needs a CEO who could support the personnel in effectively managing the commercial side of things while being present in the facility on a daily basis. I think Dave has earned this chance since he has gained strength and talent while he has been here.
Since that first game in 1995, Black added, "I've been a Livingston supporter and have traveled both home and away as a supporter."I've worked as a ball boy, a mascot, a programmer, a bartender, a club store manager, a coach for the supporters football team, a driver for the supporters bus, and a member of the Supporters Trust board.
It was amazing for me to join the club as a full-time employee back in 2020 to then have a direct impact on the club I loved, so to now be given the opportunity to directly have an influence at board level on the day-to-day operations of things is incredibly exciting and something I'm proud to have achieved.
"I've taken on this responsibility despite the legacy concerns going on behind the scenes, which predate my engagement at the club, he continued. If and when necessary, I will examine my situation, he said.
For the time being, I'm just really eager to carry on the diligent work that is currently being done on a daily basis by the excellent people we have here.
