Al-Ittihad has verified that Karim Benzema's transfer has been finalised.
The striker has a three-year contract with the Saudi champions and will leave Real Madrid in the summer.
After 14 years, Benzema was given permission to leave the Bernabeu after canceling his 12-month deal.
The 35-year-old promised he will never forget Real earlier on Tuesday.
During his stint with the LaLiga team, the France international scored 354 goals in 648 matches and collected a club-record 25 championships.
In a news conference announcing his departure, he said, "I'll never forget Real Madrid because it's impossible."
"Talking is difficult. There are a variety of feelings. I wanted to thank my teammates and Real Madrid. Life has been a terrific adventure for me.
"I was fortunate enough to realize my childhood ambition thanks to the president, who visited my home with my parents many years ago when I was barely 21 years old.
"He's the one who brought Zizou and Ronaldo, and now he wants me in his team," I stated when I first saw you. I appreciate you doing it.
Real Madrid is something I'll never forget because it's impossible. That is as excellent as it gets; it is the greatest club in history and the entire planet. The most significant thing for me is what I've won here, but it's time for me to leave today and start a new chapter.
"I'm leaving this club, and it hurts me, so it's kind of a sad day. My goal was to complete at Madrid; but, life occasionally presents you with new opportunities, so I took this one with my entire family.
Benzema signed from Lyon in 2009 and went on to win five Champions League titles and four LaLiga championships. He also took home the Ballon d'Or in 2022.
Florentino Perez, the actual president, declared: "Today is a very tough day for me. All Madridistas experience sentiment and emotions on this day, which also brings back memories and feelings from the previous 14 years.
"For all Madridistas, the most amazing time of expectation in our 121-year existence began 14 years ago.
