The young person claimed that the iconic Argentina captain was larger than the French champs in an Instagram comment that went viral and received over 96,000 likes.

As the Albiceleste traveled for away matches, Messi and Aguero frequently shared a room. Messi is a well-known longtime friend of Benjamin's renowned father, and Aguero was present for Argentina's protracted World Cup celebrations.

However, it was the son of the former Manchester City and Barcelona player who defended Argentina's national hero on Instagram.

After months of rumors that the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner would be leaving Paris this summer, the club finally confirmed it with a series of photos of Messi with the slogan #MerciMessi.

Benjamin took the chance to weigh in on the situation by commenting, "He was a lot for you."

However, Benjamin has other relatives who play football besides Aguero senior.

The child is actually the grandson of the late great Diego Maradona, generally regarded as one of football's greatest players and the man Argentina looks up to before Messi.

Because of Messi's close bond with Aguero, Messi really serves as Benjamin's godfather, giving him the rare opportunity to be related to three of football's most productive players.

While his father, Sergio, had to retire in 2021 because to heart issues after joining Barcelona to play with his close friend, who afterwards joined PSG, Messi has remained active ever since.

With 21 goals and 20 assists for Les Parisiens this season, the attacker put up outstanding figures.

However, as evidenced by the jeers and whistles that PSG supporters gave him after Bayern Munich eliminated them from the Champions League in the round of 16, he was still seen as something of a disappointment by the club's supporters.

The player's departure from the team at the end of his current contract was officially announced by Christophe Galtier, ending the tense situation in the French city.

A return to Barca has been suggested as a possibility following discussions between Messi's father and agent Jorge and the Catalan giants, but his future remains uncertain.

There is still a chance for teams like Inter Miami and Al-Hilal to make a move for the 35-year-old, though, as the club has yet to make a firm offer.

A trip to Saudi Arabia during the player's time at PSG sparked chaos and led to a two-week suspension.

His potential return to the country has drawn significant interest. A stunning £345 million is reportedly being offered for his services annually, and he might play next to his former adversary Cristiano Ronaldo, who is presently playing for Al-Nassr.
