prestigious treble.
Given City's formidable dominance, Inter goes into
the game with little expectations, but this could work in their favor as they

Champions League final team news
Manchester City is sweating again on the fitness of two defenders, Kyle Walker and Manuel Akanji, who were
absent from training on Tuesday, but otherwise the Premier League champions are
in good health. Coach Pep Guardiola
said of Walker's absence: "He had a problem with his back and he wasn't
feeling well yesterday...we'll see what happens in the next few days."
Inter Milan wants Henrik Mkhitaryan to play
in the final but also doubts the availability of Joaquin Correa. Dalbert was
banished. Chelsea loanee Romelu Lukaku
wants to start in Istanbul as manager Simeone Inzaghi faces an attacking
decision.

Manchester City would have no
better chance of winning his League of Champions and thereby achieving his famous treble.
That's not to say Inter are weak, just
that they are the weakest of the three teams standing in front of City because
of their history.
The others are Premier League runners-up Arsenal and FA Cup
finalists Manchester United. Guardiola
famously messed up too much when City lost to Chelsea in the final two years ago,
so there's always that risk, but you'd think any selection this weekend should
overwhelm Inter. Man City won 2-0.
